Refund Policy

1. Right to Refund
  • Customers have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason. If the product arrives damaged or defective, this period is extended to 30 days.

 

2. Condition for Return
  • Art prints must be returned in their original condition, which includes:
    • Unused and in the same packaging as received.
    • All original materials (like the certificate of authenticity, if provided) must be included.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included in your return package.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the print was received damaged or defective, in which case Bouncing Ball Media will cover the shipping costs.
  • Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on the bank, this might take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

 

4. Exceptions
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized art prints are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during special sales or promotions might have a no-refund policy. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Provide clear photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund at your discretion.

 

6. Digital Downloads
  • Digital art prints or files are non-refundable after download, as they are considered used once downloaded.

 

7. Change of Mind
  • If you simply change your mind about the purchase, you must return the item within 14 days from the delivery date, in its original condition.

 

8. Warranty
  • Bouncing Ball Media provides a warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.
