
Work by Scott and Georgia Ball was featured in the art gallery at the Polk County Blueberry Festival. Pen and ink watercolor Blueberry Farm by Scott Ball and Downtown Winter Haven by Georgia Ball were on display.
The Polk County Blueberry Festival took place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Downtown Auburndale at the City Park (119 W Park St). The inaugural, single-day event ran from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and was free to attend with free parking.
The community celebration featured a massive lineup of attractions tailored to the region’s famous fruit:
- 80+ Local Vendors: Shoppers browsed a wide variety of local artisans, craft stalls, and community booths.
- Blueberry Treats: Specialty hot and cold blueberry-inspired foods, desserts, and drinks.
- Live Entertainment: Three live bands performed throughout the day, including the Oak Hill Drifters, Lauris Vidal, and Skinny McGee.
- Family Activities: A pancake breakfast, cornhole and bingo games, a kid’s family zone, and community art shows.
